FRANCE: STREET ART: SETH
According to an interview with FatCap, French artist Seth fell into street art because the first time he saw a piece of graffiti, it gave him “a slap” he hasn’t felt since. He says, “it was fresh, colorful, new, [rebellious.] It seemed to shake all the rules.”
His pieces now grace the world’s surfaces and he calls himself a ‘globe painter.’ What spawned this quest? “First, a simple desire to travel and explore the world. And when I traveled, I realized that painting was for me the best way to meet, interact and finally really know a country.”
